JetsFly may request identity documents, company documents, beneficial ownership information, proof of address, payment source details, or additional verification.
3. Risk Review
Higher-risk bookings, unusual routes, high-value transactions, third-party payments, or inconsistent customer information may require enhanced due diligence.
4. Refusal or Cancellation
JetsFly may refuse or cancel services where verification is incomplete, suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with compliance standards.
5. Reporting
Where legally required, suspicious activity may be reported to relevant authorities. JetsFly may be unable to inform the customer of such reports.
6. Recordkeeping
Compliance records may be retained for the period required by law and internal risk controls.
