2. Acknowledgement
JetsFly aims to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and may request additional information.
3. Operator Issues
Where a complaint relates to flight operation, crew, aircraft condition, or airport handling, JetsFly may refer the matter to the relevant operator or provider.
4. Resolution
JetsFly will seek a fair commercial resolution where appropriate, while recognising operator terms, safety decisions, and legal limitations.
5. Jurisdiction
Unresolved disputes are governed by Estonian law and the competent courts of Estonia unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
