JetsFly does not knowingly provide services that breach applicable sanctions, export controls, aviation restrictions, or anti-terrorism laws.
2. Screening
Customers, passengers, payers, counterparties, beneficial owners, aircraft operators, routes, destinations, and transactions may be screened against relevant sanctions lists.
3. Restricted Activity
JetsFly may decline bookings involving sanctioned persons, embargoed jurisdictions, prohibited routes, restricted aircraft, unlawful cargo, or suspicious payment structures.
4. Changes in Law
If sanctions or aviation restrictions change after booking, JetsFly may cancel or amend arrangements to comply with law.
5. Customer Warranty
Customers warrant that they are not sanctioned and are not acting on behalf of sanctioned persons or prohibited entities.
